Look Over Operating Expenses
Many tenants do not feel comfortable speaking with a landlord about operating expenses and other financial concerns.
Many tenants feel it is not worth it to challenge a landlord or many tenants just may not pay any attention to this area. Sometimes landlords just make a mistake, and they are not aware of the problem.
Landlords operate on a different fiscal calendar and all leases are different. It is important to be aware of when operating expenses are released so you can be ready to review the statements.
Give Your Lease Contracts And Agreements An Update

It does not matter how big or small the changes may be, it will not hurt for you to become familiar with all of the changes you will make.
