Bill McGrath, CCIM and Peter Wall of LandPark Advisors represented Axiom Capital Management in the acquisition of 13111 Westheimer Road in Houston, Texas. The building is located at the southwest corner of Synott Road and Westheimer Road and consists of approximately 60,000 square feet of net rentable area.
13111 Westheimer is a solid Class B four-story office building with Comerica Bank as a major tenant. LandPark will be responsible for executing Axiom Capital’s value-add strategy by upgrading the building and common areas. The subject property is within close proximity to numerous existing and future amenities including several new apartment communities within walking distance, several nearby restaurants, hotels, master-planned neighborhoods, and is located near Houston’s Energy Corridor.
