Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold-call potential tenants to generate leads.
• Negotiate lease agreements and execute deals on behalf of property owners.
• Develop leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, and brokers.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in commercial real estate leasing (office, industrial, or retail preferred).
• Proven success in cold calling and lead generation.
• Self-motivated, results-driven attitude – this is a high-reward role for top performers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Texas Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain one).
