LandPark Advisors, LLC (“LandPark”) is a full service Commercial Real Estate firm providing investment sales, tenant representation, project leasing, property management, asset management and client advisory services. Our corporate offices are located in Houston, Texas. We have expanded our services into the North Texas, Central Texas and South Texas markets and are seeking to add key Investment Sales and Leasing Advisors to join our rapidly growing company. Applicants for this 100% commission opportunity should be self-motivated, entrepreneurial and performance-driven.  LandPark provides outstanding leadership, training,  and support for all Advisors. The “ideal” candidate will have some brokerage experience in the Houston, Dallas/Ft. Worth, San Antonio, or Austin market and possess the following:

• Must have an active Texas real estate license
• Must have strong sales, prospecting and marketing skills
• Must be able to work well independently with an ability to work collaboratively
• Must have excellent interpersonal, customer service and negotiation skills
