RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with senior brokers to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate property values and market trends.
• Assist in the preparation of investment proposals and client presentations.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and industry professionals.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
• Stay up to date with industry developments and market conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years prior sales experience background (preferred)
• Real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one).
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong cold calling background.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

COMPENSATION

• Sourcing fee paid at closing (commiserate with experience).
