397 N. Sam Houston Parkway is located at off Beltway 8 and I-45, convenient to Bush Intercontinental Airport and The Woodlands. The building owner had recently remodeled the common areas along with improvements to the exterior and parking garage. Major tenants include Bank of the Ozarks.
